Two have graduated from Radford University, and one is attending James Madison University. In John’s free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family. He has represented Rockingham Insurance for over 20 years.

Nikki Waff, the wife of John, raised three children together. She enjoys going to the lake and beach and canoeing with family in her free time. With a real estate background, she joined the Waff Family Insurance Agency in 2007 and is currently a licensed Agent.

Brittany Bowen, the daughter of John and Nikki Waff is a recent graduate of Radford University. Brittany has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Health and Aging. She enjoys hiking, crafting, exercising, and spending time outdoors in her free time. She is a licensed agent and is happy to be a part of Waff Family Insurance Agency.
